HIIT Circuit

Plyometrics/High Intensity Exercise Based/Strength Circuits

Focus is improving aerobic and anaerobic systems as well as building strength. This session consists of a combination of high intensity exercise intervals and strength circuits. This session is a great way to get you pushing by giving maximum effort through quick intense bursts of exercises, followed by a recovery period. A very efficient way to burn more calories and take your fitness to the next level.

Functional Resistance Training

We use functional exercises to develop strength and stability which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries.

FULL BODY STRENGTH

Resistance Training/Strength

Focus is on improving strength and core through a combination of functional resistance and bodyweight exercises. Great way to tone up and strengthen muscles and tone up.

BOXING + CIRCUIT

Boxing combos designed to improve strength and fitness. A mixture strength based and  high intensity (HIIT) boxing combinations and intense circuit exercises to get the most out of your session.

SUPER SATURDAY

Combination Cardio & Strength Full Body Workout

A mixture of strength and cardio exercises to give you a challenging session and a full body workout. This session is sure to give you a super challenging workout where we get you pushing yourself to the limit.
